Our Rules for Cleaning Your Offices

Company policies must be adhered to by members of staff, ensuring proper behavior at all times whilst on the job.

1.  Do Not use or play with any property of the Client.  This includes items such as, photo copier, computer, shredder, television, audio system, etc.

2.  Do Not switch on or off any equipment whilst on cleaning duties.

3.  Do Not sit at desks, open cupboards, draws, containers, etc which belong to the Client.

4.  It is inappropriate for Cleaners to read material such as paperwork and pamphlets etc which belong to the Client.

5. Never bring another person with you to the Job you are going to perform that should not be there such as friend, family, child or even pet dog.

6. Never help yourself to any food, snacks or drinks that belong to employees and employers of the offices you are cleaning.  It is their property and not for you to help yourself to.  You can, however, purchase snacks and drinks from vending machines on the understanding that you eat and drink them away from the premises.

7.  Do not use any telephones in the offices, unless in an emergency, where you should follow the proper procedures and use the one that is designated for such purposes.

8.  Do not rummage through bins and help yourself to something you feel you want even though it has been thrown away, it is still the property of someone who’s office you are cleaning, it could end up in you being accused of stealing.
