Ceiling Edges and Curtain Tops
These areas seem to be where all the cobwebs hang out, but they often seem to be neglected as probably people don’t look up so they don’t see them.  Just use a feather duster or vacuum attachment and get rid of them.  They don’t do much for the overall cleanliness of your home and it doesn’t take long to get rid of them.

Light Fittings
Get yourself some small step ladders and then you will easily be able to reach them.  Just wipe clean with a damp cloth, probably needs doing every six to eight weeks or so and don’t forget the light bulb, they need a dust too.

General Grubby Marks on Walls
These can usually be removed with a damp cloth and little cream cleaner.  Do some whenever you have a spare few minutes to keep on top of it.

Skirting Boards, Doors, Door Frames and Architraves
Clean with a damp cloth about once a month and use cream cleaner on scuff marks.

Area Behind Toilet and Basin
