An all purpose cleaner can be used for many jobs around the home such as kitchens, bathrooms, floors and many surfaces but should not be used on wood.

All purpose cleaners contain many different ingredients which differ from make to make, such as detergents, grease cutting agents, solvents and disinfectants.

When using an all purpose cleaner, follow these simple rules.

1.  Wear rubber gloves

2.  Open windows for ventilation and where a room has no window where a face mask

3.  Do not mix cleaning solutions together particularly if one contains ammonia and the other chlorine as this will let off poisonous gases.
